Reservations
Reservations are strongly encouraged 14 days in advance and requires a reservation form which can be found in the Book Your Stay section. Upon submission of form, potential guest will be contacted to share payment details and answer any questions guests may have.
All reservations requires a one night stay deposit of $1,500TT ($220USD) for incidentals. Upon checkout, deposits will be refunded in total or the difference of damages to the guests. For stays of 17 days and more, there is an additional $500TT ($75) deposit required.

Weekend & Holiday Rates
Weekend Rates requires a minimum two night stay at $1,500TT per Night ($220 USD)
Holiday Weekend Rates are sold as a three night package with a Friday check-in and Monday check-out at $1,500TT per Night ($220 USD)

Weekday Rates
Weekday rates includes stays between Monday through Thursday during the off peak season (September to November) at a $1,200TT per Night ($170USD)

Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are fully refunded if cancellations are made 21 days prior to arrival date. For any cancellations made 20 days prior to arrival, fifty percent of deposit will be refunded.
